Okay, this is a little confusing, because this oneshot has so many titles. It's called "Sakura Iro Kata Omi," and it's translated as "The Unrequited Love of the Cherry Blossom Color." It is chapter 2 from an oneshot collection, known as "Yakudate! Seishun," or "The Hot Blood of Youth." The book's mangaka is Amagi Reno. It's about a man who is in love with his boss at a quilt material company. He works to the point of exhaustion, just to receive notice from his boss, but he is devastated to find out about the boss's upcoming omiai. How can he deal with his feelings that can never be accepted?
